Six groups. The bottle answers most of them, the published trials answer the rest, and the sales page answers none.
OptiCore Pro questions about the product and the panel
What is OptiCore Pro?
A once-daily capsule, 30 to a bottle, sold for everyday vision wellness, eye comfort and screen-related eye strain. The panel prints sixteen nutrients with an individual amount plus one 179.5 mg blend of eleven botanicals, and a bottle is exactly one month.
Who makes OptiCore Pro?
The bottle names Opti Core Pro, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 as the distributor. This website is run by Opticorepros, the USA Authorized OptiCore Pro Retailer, which is a retailer rather than the manufacturer.
What does OptiCore Pro contain?
Sixteen quantified nutrients, from vitamin A at 60 mcg RAE to biotin at 2,500 mcg, and one proprietary blend of 179.5 mg holding PABA, horsetail, Fo-Ti, bamboo leaf, nettle, Chinese peony, spirulina, saw palmetto, soy-derived plant sterols, alfalfa and barley grass. Every row is on the supplement facts page.
Why does the OptiCore Pro sales page not list ingredients?
It describes the product without naming one, which is a marketing choice rather than a regulatory requirement. The bottle carries the full panel, as every supplement bottle sold in the United States must, and the panel is what this website is built on.
Is OptiCore Pro a capsule, a gummy or a tablet?
A capsule with a hypromellose shell, which is a plant cellulose. Not a gummy, not a tablet and not liquid drops.
How many capsules are in a OptiCore Pro bottle?
30, which is 30 servings at one capsule a day and exactly one month.
Is OptiCore Pro vegetarian?
The shell is plant cellulose and the blend is entirely botanical, so the capsule suits a vegetarian diet. Soy is declared, which is the one line to check.
OptiCore Pro questions about the amounts and the research
Is OptiCore Pro an AREDS2 formula?
No. AREDS2 used vitamin C 500 mg, vitamin E 400 IU, zinc 25 or 80 mg, copper 2 mg, lutein 10 mg and zeaxanthin 2 mg. This panel shares three of those six, at a fraction of the amounts, and carries neither carotenoid nor the copper.
How does the OptiCore Pro vitamin C compare with the trials?
Does OptiCore Pro contain lutein or zeaxanthin?
Neither. They are the two carotenoids that concentrate in the macula and the two AREDS2 added, and the studies in people with long screen hours are built on them. If they are what you want, this is not the product.
Why is there no copper in OptiCore Pro?
AREDS included 2 mg of copper to offset 80 mg of zinc, because high-dose zinc depresses copper status over time. This panel has 3.62 mg of zinc, so there is nothing to offset and leaving copper out is the correct decision rather than an oversight.
What is the biggest number on the OptiCore Pro label?
Biotin, at 2,500 mcg, which is 8,333.5 per cent of a Daily Value. It has no trial with a vision endpoint at any amount; its own human literature is hair and nails.
Do the OptiCore Pro B vitamins have eye evidence behind them?
One trial. WAFACS randomised 5,205 women to folic acid 2.5 mg, pyridoxine 50 mg and cyanocobalamin 1 mg and reported fewer cases of macular degeneration. This panel carries the same three at roughly a sixth, a twelfth and a 167th of those amounts.
Is there research behind the OptiCore Pro botanical blend?
Not with a vision endpoint, for any of the eleven. Their own literatures are elsewhere: saw palmetto and nettle root in urinary symptoms, horsetail in diuresis and blood pressure, plant sterols in cholesterol. Because the blend prints one total, no member can be compared with the amount any of that research used.
Has OptiCore Pro itself been tested in a trial?
No. No trial of the finished formula exists, which is ordinary for a dietary supplement and is stated on every page here that touches the question.
OptiCore Pro questions about taking it and timing
How do I take OptiCore Pro?
One capsule daily with an eight-ounce glass of water, twenty to thirty minutes before a meal, as the label prints it. Attaching it to something that already happens every morning is what makes the habit survive week three.
Can I take OptiCore Pro at night?
Yes. Nothing on the panel is stimulating. Morning suits most people only because it is easier to remember, and the best time is whichever one you will actually keep.
What if I miss a OptiCore Pro capsule?
Take the next one at the usual time. Nothing here builds to a level that a single gap destroys, and there is nothing to catch up on.
Can I take two OptiCore Pro capsules a day?
The label says not to exceed the recommended dose. Two capsules puts 14.5 mg of iron and 5,000 mcg of biotin into one day, and moves nothing forward.
Should OptiCore Pro be taken with food?
The label suggests before a meal. The fat-soluble rows, vitamins A, D and E, are absorbed slightly better with a little fat present, so with a meal is a reasonable trade if before one is inconvenient.
Does coffee affect OptiCore Pro?
Tea and coffee reduce absorption of the iron on this panel. It is a reason to take the capsule with water and leave an hour, not a reason to change anything else.
How should OptiCore Pro be stored?
The bottle says a cool, dry place away from heat and light. A bathroom cabinet is the worst common choice in a house, because it is repeatedly warm and humid.
How long before OptiCore Pro does anything?
The seller's own review summary names 3–4 weeks as the commonest wait, and its page asks for 180 to 210 days to evaluate the product. The refund window is 60 days from the shipping date, which is the clock a buying decision runs on.
OptiCore Pro questions about safety and interactions
Does OptiCore Pro have side effects?
The bottle lists none. The commonest reports in this category are gastrointestinal and usually trace to iron or magnesium oxide. Every quantified row on this panel sits inside its established upper intake level.
Can OptiCore Pro interfere with a blood test?
Yes, and it is the most useful thing to know about this label. Biotin at 2,500 mcg disturbs immunoassays that use a biotin and streptavidin step, including some troponin, thyroid and PSA tests. A survey of twenty-three assays shows the reach of it. Tell the laboratory what you take.
Is the iron in OptiCore Pro safe?
7.25 mg a day is 40.5 per cent of a Daily Value against an adult upper intake level of 45 mg from all sources. It is safe on its own and worth adding up if you take anything else containing iron.
Can I take OptiCore Pro with medication?
The combinations worth spacing are thyroid medication and tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, which the minerals bind. Four hours apart is the usual gap. The full table is on the suitability page.
Is OptiCore Pro safe in pregnancy?
The label asks anyone pregnant or nursing to take advice before using this or any dietary supplement. It also carries iron and folic acid, both of which appear in prenatal formulas, so doubling up is the specific thing to avoid.
Can children take OptiCore Pro?
No. The label restricts it to adults of 18 and over.
Does OptiCore Pro contain allergens?
Soy is declared, from the plant sterols inside the blend. It is an exclusion rather than a caution: anyone avoiding soy should treat this product as unsuitable.
Is the beta-carotene in OptiCore Pro a risk for smokers?
Should anyone avoid OptiCore Pro entirely?
Anyone under 18, anyone avoiding soy, anyone with an iron-loading condition such as haemochromatosis, and anyone with an autoimmune diagnosis who wants to avoid the alfalfa in the blend.
OptiCore Pro questions about buying, packs and shipping
How much does OptiCore Pro cost?
$158 for two bottles, $207 for three and $294 for six on the official website, which is $79, $69 and $49 a bottle.
Is there a single bottle of OptiCore Pro?
No. The ladder starts at two bottles. It is also the pack whose sixty capsules match the 60-day window exactly.
Does OptiCore Pro shipping cost anything?
$9.99 on the two-bottle pack and free on the three and six-bottle packs, within the United States.
Is OptiCore Pro a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time payment with no rebill and no auto-renewal.
Are there OptiCore Pro bonuses or free gifts?
None. This ladder carries no bonus, no guide and no membership, and a parcel arriving without one is arriving correctly.
Where should I buy OptiCore Pro?
Through the official checkout reached from this website. It is the only channel where the 60-day window applies to your order and the only one where the order desk can act on it.
Can I buy OptiCore Pro in a shop?
Not through any retail chain this desk is aware of. It is sold online through the seller's own checkout.
OptiCore Pro questions about refunds and this desk
Does OptiCore Pro have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, 60 days on every pack bought through the official checkout, opened bottles included. The window runs from the shipping date.
How do I claim a OptiCore Pro refund?
Telephone while the window is still open, quoting the order ID. The desk issues an authorisation and an address, you write your details on a slip, put it in with the bottles, and send the carton tracked at your own expense.
How long does a OptiCore Pro refund take?
Three to five business days to process once the return arrives, then five to ten days for the credit to appear. The second wait belongs to your card issuer.
Who publishes this OptiCore Pro website?
Opticorepros, the USA Authorized OptiCore Pro Retailer, from 1221 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 4100, New York, NY 10020, USA. Every page is written by the OptiCore Pro Team editorial desk, and this desk earns a commission when an order completes.
Does this OptiCore Pro website take payments?
No. It runs no payment form and never sees a card number. Every order button hands you to the seller's own checkout.
How do I correct something on this OptiCore Pro website?
Write to [email protected] with the page and the sentence. Corrections go onto the page itself and move the review date forward.
